What is the QU?

QU stands for Qatar University; it is in Western Asia.

 What degrees are QU Students can study?

 Bachelor\\\’s degree for those who have completed high school.

 Master\\\’s degree for those who have completed a bachelor\\\’s degree.

 PhD for those who have completed their master\\\’s studies.

How many majors are in QU?

Qatar University offers scholarships for 81 academic majors, Therefore, any major you are interested in or don’t you will find it in QU.

QU Scholarships funding?

  • Covering study expenses.
  • Cover letter of acceptance for study visa.
  • Full housing and living costs.
  • Travel costs by obtaining the price of an airline ticket.
  • Full health insurance coverage.

University admission requirements for QU?

  • Most of college requires students has a rate higher than 70% of the overall total.
  • The pharmacy college requires students has rate higher than 80% of the overall total.
  • The Medicine and Dentist colleges require students  has rate higher that 85% of the overall total.

Does it require English, ACT and SAT certificate?

Anyone who wants to enroll in a medical college must submit an English language certificate according to the following

  • IELTS Test : above 5.5 points
  • TOEFL Test: higher than 6.1 points
  • ACT Test: above 24
  • SAT (Old Version): above 550
  • SAT (New Version): above 570

QU Terms

  • You must meet all requirements and admission criteria Qatar University.
  • The students must have completed secondary school in the same year in which he applied to benefit from the scholarships.
  • Qatar Scholarships are given to non-Qataris in the fall semester of each academic year only.

All students must achieve a minimum level of basic skills to be admitted to the academic programs to which they are applying. For admission to the undergraduate level, all students applying to the following faculties must meet the English and :Mathematics requirements listed below

  • College of Arts and Sciences (scientific majors only)
  • College of Education (high school education, mathematics and science tracks only)
  • faculty of Pharmacy
  • College of Health Sciences
  • Faculty of medicine
  • College of Engineering
